The research studied the effect of Tibetan medicine Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim (DtM) on resist anoxia, resist oxidation and inhibit growth of bacterium, meanwhile, screened out preliminarily the effective extraction of DtM with activity to resist anoxic conditions. At the same time, because it has very strong effect of resisting the oxygen deficiency, plans to develop it to become the health product have high-efficient of anti-hypoxic.1. Medicine effect researchFrom the research with the anoxic model on ordinary pressure, brain anoxic model and organization anoxic model we found DtM has very strong effect of resisting anoxic deficiency, From the research to survey the content of MDA in organization and blood and the activity of SOD an,d GSH-Px, we also found DtM has stronger activity of resist oxidation, but the bacteriostatic activity of DtM is not too obvious.2. Resist anoxic activity extraction selection researchFrom the animal experiment we screened out the extraction of DtM with resist anoxic activity in different solvent, as a result: the activity of extraction in n-butyl alcohol solvent is strongest, then is in ethyl acetate solvent and there are almost no resist anoxic activity found in chloroform solvent.3. Anti-anoxia health product researchFrom animal resist anoxic conditions study under atmosphere standard we found that difference ratio of compound of extraction from DtM and subsidiary substance(Barbary Wolfberry Fruit, Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, Fllase Asiabell Root Tangshen, MilkvetchRoot) are widely different in resist anoxic activity - just as the ratio is 1:1 the resist anoxic activity is strongest and the content of Heavy metal(Pb,As,Hg) in the compound do not exceed national standard.
