Objective: To investigate the relationship between the clinical factors and the recurrence of the muscle non-invasive bladder carcinoma (superficial bladder carcinoma). Methods: Collected and reviewed the clinical factors of the patients who had the muscle non-invasive bladder carcinoma, such as sex and age of the patients with muscle non-invasive bladder carcinoma, the stage and grade of the bladder carcinoma, the size, amount and the bases of the bladder carcinoma, the methods of the operations and chemotherapy, had the complication of BPH, and so on. And analyze those factors statistically using the SPSS 13.0. Investigate the significant factors of the muscle non-invasive bladder carcinoma recurrent. Results: 132 cases with muscle non-invasive bladder carcinoma were reviewed. The results of that 35 of the 132 patients had tumor recurrent (26.52%). The cases which with high grade, high stage tumors, multiple tumors, bigger bases of the tumor tended to have higher tumor recurrence rates. The age of the patients and who had the complication of BPH related to the tumor recurrent. The methods of the operations and chemotherapy between the tumor recurrent of the muscle non-invasive bladder carcinoma were no-significant.Conclusion: The related risk factors of the muscle non-invasive bladder carcinoma recurrent were the grade, stage, amount and the bases of the tumors. The older age of the patients and who had the complication of BPH were had high recurrence risk. The methods of the operations and chemotherapy between the tumor recurrent of the muscle non-invasive bladder carcinoma were no-significant.
