Objective:To objective the changes and clinical significances of Souble Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1(sICAM-1),Immunoglobulin E(IgE)and Eosinophil Count(EOC)in Children with the different stages and different typicalities of Henoch-Schoenlein Purpura.;and to detect the relation of them. Methods:Plasma sICAM-1,IgE and EOC were detected in 68 cases(40 boys,28 girls, age from 3.5-14.)with HSP in acute stage and paracmasis,meanwhile,30 healthy children were as control group(18 boys,12 girls, age from 3.5-13).sICAM-1 and IgE were detected by ELISA, and EOC by cytoanalyze. The levels of plasma sICAM-1,IgE and EOC in different clinical stages of HSP were compared. The analysis of variance and SNK-q test and linear correlation were adopted as statistics methods. Results:The levels of sICAM-1 in children with HSP in acute phase and paracmasis were significantly higher than those in healthy control group(q=7.08,12.67,4.32,4.31,P<0.01). There were no significant difference between the levels of sICAM-1 with renal involvement of HSP and those without renal involvement(q=1.39,2.12,P>0.05).②The levels of IgE in children with HSP in acute phase(q=9.81,17.46,P<0.01)and paracmasis(q=3.12,3.72,P<0.05)were significantly higher than those in healthy control group. There were significant difference between the levels of IgE with renal involvement of HSP and those without renal involvement in acute phase(q=5.73,P<0.01);there were no significant difference between the levels of IgE with renal involvement of HSP and those without renal involvement in paracmasis(q=2.44,P>0.05).③The levels of EOC in children with HSP in acute phase were significantly higher than those in healthy control group(q=15.88,13.63,P<0.01).There were no significant difference between the levels of EOC with renal involvement of HSP and those without renal involvement(q=2.48,P>0.05);there were significant difference between those with renal involvement in paracmasis and healthy control group(q=8.66,P<0.01).There were no significant difference between the levels of EOC without renal involvement of HSP and those with renal involvement and healthy control in r paracmasis(q=1.50,0.94,P>0.05).Linear correlation analysis between the levels of sICAM-1 and IgE,EOC indicated there were associativities(r=-0.7065,0.6090,0.6523,0.5963,P<0.01).Conclusion:The levels of sICAM-1,IgE and EOC in children with HSP in acute phase were significantly higher than those in healthy control group. There were no significant difference between the levels of sICAM-1 with renal involvement of HSP and those without renal involvement. In the paracmasis,above-mentioned indexes descended obviously, but the difference were significant compared to the control group. It demonstrated that these indexes participated in the process of nosogenesis and development of HSP in children, and can be used as the diadynamic criteria.
