Objective:To observe the effect of action of ultrasonic therapy on acute cerebral infarction, and to study the mechanism of action of ultrasonic therapy to acute cerebral infarction. Methods:99 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into ultrasonic therapy group and conventional therapy group that were subdivided into thrombolysis group and kata-brinase group; measure the NO and ET content in the blood plasm of patients in pretherapy and 24h, 3d, 7d, 14d of post-treatment ; estimate the nerve functions defect degree, and compare grading with the person being in progress , when being hospitalized and 14 d after being hospitalized. Results:1. NO content in the blood plasm of patients in ultrasonic therapy group is less than that of control group, but ET content is more than that of control group(p<0.05); there is no notable difference in the NO and ET contents of blood plasma between ultrasonic kata-brinase group and conventional kata-brinase group(p>0.05). 2. NO content of blood plasma in ultrasonic kata-brinase group and conventional kata-brinase group increases to the peak in 24h and later decreases, but still higher than that of control group; NO content of blood plasma in ultrasonic thrombolysis group is higher than that of conventional thrombolysis group in 24h and 3d, but NO content of blood plasma in ultrasonic thrombolysis group is less than that of conventional thrombolysis group in 7d and 10d(F=4.87 p<0.05);ET content of blood plasma in ultrasonic thrombolysis group is less than that of conventional thrombolysis group in reducing extent of every time after treatment, ultrasonic thrombolysis group surpasses conventional thrombolysis group in the overall reducing tendency(F=34.43 p<0.01). 3. In the comparison with NO and ET contents of blood plasma between ultrasonic kata-brinase group and conventional kata-brinase group: NO content of blood plasma of the two groups increases to the peak in 24h and later decreases, but still higher than that of control group; NO content of blood plasma of ultrasonic kata-brinase group is higher than that of conventional kata-brinase group in 24h and 3d, and later NO content of blood plasma of the two groups are same; in the comparison with ET content of blood plasma in the overall reducing tendency of every time after treatment ultrasonic kata-brinase group is superior to conventional kata-brinase group(F=17.07 p<0.01 ).4. In the aspect of evaluating the nerve functions defect degree, ultrasonic thrombolysis group is superior to conventional thrombolysis group(t=6.30 p<0.01),ultrasonic kata-brinase group is superior to conventional kata-brinase group(t=4.63 p<0.05). Conclusion:1. Early application of ultrasonic treatment of acute cerebral infarction, could contribute to thrombolytic improve cerebral ischemia, clinical efficacy significantly. 2.Ultrasonic can influence the content of the NO and ET in the blood plasm of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and adjust the disequilibrium state between them,then it can interfere the pathophysiologic process of cerebral infarction.
