Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is one of the chronic general immunological disease, and the joint lesion in chief. RA is one of serious chronic diseases which threat public healthy in the world, the mechanism of outbreak is complicated. In our experiment,we observed resisting the inflammation and easing pain on function of Plus and Minus daqinjiaotang and discussed its mechanism of anti-inflammatory through setting up many kinds of animal's models.1.The experimental study of inflammationThis experiment observed its anti-inflammtory action through experiment study of the swelling of rat's foot induced by Complete Frund's Adjuvant (CFA), the ear-swelling of mice induced by xylene, the celiac capillary of mice induced by acetic acid, the proliferation of grannloma of rat induced by cotton ball, and so on. The results show Plus and Minus Daqinjiaotang has anti-inflammatory action, and there is significant difference between Daqinjiaotang and control group.2. The experimental study of analgesia actionThis experiment observed analgesia action of Plus and Minus Daqinjiaotang through experimental study of reaction of spraining the body on mice induced by ice glacial acetic acid and the pain reaction of mice by hot stimulation . The results show Plus and Minus Daqinjiaotang has analgesia action and increases the threshold of pain. There is significant different between Daqinjiaotang and control group.3. The experimental study of relieving feverThis experiment observed the action on reduce the fever which was induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol in rats.There is significant different between Plus and Minus Daqinjiaotang and control group from 20 to 150 minutes. The results show that Plus and Minus Daqinjiaotang has significant antipyretic effect on fevered rats. 4.The study of mechanism of its anti-inflammationThis experiment discussed mechanism of its anti-inflammation by determining contents of IL-1βTNF-αand VEGF in the serum and thymus, spleen index.The results hint that Plus and Minus Daqinjiaotang can decrease the perss-resisting index and reduce contents of IL-1β,TNF-αand VEGF in part of inflmmation and control further development of inflmmation. There is significant different between Plus and Minus Daqinjiaotang and model group.To sum up, the experimental study verifies it has anti-inflammatory and analgesia action, and opens out its mechanism of anti-inflammation, and have offered the effective experiment basis and scientific foundation for further clinical practice and studying.
