By observe its pharmacodynamic and pharmacological action, we ascertained active components and foundamental mechanism of resisting experimental arrhythmia so that to provide reference for pharmacodynamic material foundation in pharmacology of Traditional Chinese Medcine and research of compatibility relation.Methods: On the base of rat anoxemia of myocardium douche injured models, we observed the effect of Ramuli Cinnamomi and Glycyrrhizae Decoction and its extractive composition on experimental anoxemia of myocardium douche injury. Contents of SOD,MDA,Ca2+ in cardiac muscle tissue and LDH,CK in blood serum can be measured.Results: 1. Ramuli Cinnamomi and Glycyrrhizae Decoction and its extractive composition of water and 30% ethanol can increase SOD activity and reduce MDA content in model rats' myocardial cells.2. It can depress the hoist of Ca2+ in cells induced by anoxemia of myocardium douche injury.3. It can reduce the contents of LDH and CK in blood serum. Comparing with model control group, results act significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: Ramuli Cinnamomi and Glycyrrhizae Decoction has complicating effects of resisting anoxemia of myocardium douche injury. At the same time, we almost ascertain that the active components for resisting anoxemia of myocardium douche injury is composition of water and 30% ethanol.
