Myocardial ischemia is a common of pathopysiology change of ischemic heart disease,many factors cause it,coronary heart disease is the most important factor.The thesis summarize present situation study about myocardial ischemia from modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.The experiment observed the effect of phenolic alkaloids from menispermum dauricum(PAMD) on the acute myocardial ischemia in rats by the means of biochemistry > pathology -, and physiology .The model was established by occluding left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD). The change of II ?write electrocardiogram (ECG) ? Superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity> Malondial dehyde(MDA) content^ Creatine kinase(CK) activity -, Lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) acyivity in serum were determined the results indicated that after administration of PAMD.The results showed that SOD activity in serum was significantly higher MDA content was lower ^ CK activity was lower in PAMD group than those of model group. PAMD can also inhibit ST條evel raising range .PAMD showed more significant protective effect on myocardial of ischemia compared to the tablet of compound salvia miltiorrhiza Bge of positive control group.
