The Clinicalresearch On Treatment Of Pseudobulbar Due To Apoplexy By Nape-Acupuncture

Purpose: To probe into the Clinical and Mechanism of nape acupuncture treatment to the Poststroke pseudobulbar palsy.Methods : The study involve 60 cases of Poststroke pseudobulbar patients who are divided into acupuncture group and comparison group and 30 cases in each group. The comparison group will take the normal treatment, and the acupuncture group will add the acupuncture treatment based on the normal treatment. 6 days is considered to be a period of treatment. After one day's break, another round of treatment will begin. After four rounds of treatment, the comparison survey of deglutition, Clinical of language capability as well as the Brainstem auditory evoked potentials.The result of the survey. 1.The nape acupuncture treatment could obviously improve the deglutition and language capability of the patients suffering from Poststroke pseudobulbar and improve the grouping of the deglutition and language function. The comparison of pre-treatment and post-treatment of acupuncture group is bovious (P<0.01) . The comparison of pre-treatment and post-treatment of the comparison group is obvious(P<0.05 ). 2. The efficacy of the acupuncture treatment group is better than that of the comparison group and the recovering capability of deglutition capability is better than language capability. nape acupuncture treatment could reduce the delitescence of pseudo-Poststroke pseudobulbar BEAP wave and the delitescence between waves. The comparison of pre-treatment and post-treatment of acupuncture group is bovious (P<0.01) . The comparison of the post-treatment and normal treatment is obvious (P<0.05) . it symbolizes that both the acupuncture treatment and the comparison group could improve the III,V wave, PL,III-V IPL,I-VIPL, and the efficacy of the acupuncture treatment is obviously better than that of the comparison group.Conclusion:1. The nape acupuncture treatment could improve the grouping of deglutition capability and language capability of the patients who suffer from pseudo-Poststroke pseudobulbar. The efficacy is ail-roundly better than that of the comparison group. The recovering of the deglutition capability is better than that of language capability.2. The nape acupuncture treatment could reduce delitescence of pseudo-Poststroke pseudobulbar BEAP wave and the delitescence between waves, recurring and enhance the amplitude of each wave.3. The nape acupuncture treatment could reduce the rate of Complications of the pseudo-Poststroke pseudobulbar, and there is no obvious side effect after the treatment.
