The Research Of Nape Needle On Pseudobulbar Palsy After Stroke

Objective:According to the principle of"nearly governance role", to study the effect of nape needle on pseudobulbar palsy due to multi infarct.Method:The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: needling group and control group, give the needling group with nape needling and medicine, give the control group with simple medicine.The study was carried out by effect determination of swallowing and language function, levels of VEGF.Result:Compared needling group and control group, the difference of the swallowing and Language function was significant(P<0.01).And nape needle can enhance the levels of VEGF in the patients' serum.Conclusions:Nape needle can obviously ameliorate swallowing and Language function handicap of the patients with pseudobulbar palsy and improve swallowing and Language function grade.Its clinical effect was better than the controlled group, while the recovery of swallowing function exceed Language function.It can enhance the levels of VEGF, improve angiogenesis and protect neurons.
