So as to providing the objective assessment for the curative effect of Chinese medicine, making the foundation to deeply research on disease and syndrome differentiation.MethodsAccording to Random, single-blind and comparative methods of scientific research design request, combining nazhi method in midnight-moon ebb-flow theory with the theory of taking medicine in accordance with suitable time of chronomedicine, take Spleen-Stomach Weakness as example, making 09:00 am as the time of taking medicine to make up insufficiency of Spleen-Stomach when the blood of Spleen Meridian was vigorous. A total of 90 patients with syndrome differentiation of Spleen-Stomach Weakness were randomly divided into three groups. Patients of groupⅠwere received xiangsha liujunzi decoction at 09:00 am, besides the first course of adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery, In the groupⅡ, patients who accepted xiangsha liujunzi decoction at 09:00 pm, besides the first course of adjuvant chemotherapy, and the patients in groupⅢwere only received the first course of adjuvant chemotherapy. Using the statistical software SPSS13.0 database, obtain the result through statistics analysis after inputing the collected data accurately.ResultsThe findings of 90 patients is that, xiangsha liujunzi decoction may reduce the response of Gastro-intestinal tract while adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery. Compared with the groupⅢ, the effect on Gastro-intestinal tract response, they all have some significant difference respectlively(P<0. 05), especially in the control of nausea and vomiting. But there were no significant difference in general condition between groupⅠand groupⅡ, besides the groupⅠhave more influence on nausea and vomiting than groupⅡ.Conclusions1. The effect of taking medicine is different in accordance with different time, the patients with syndrome differentiation of Spleen-Stomach Weakness should take medicine when the blood of Spleen Meridian was vigorous.4. To investigate the response of Castro-intestinal tract according to chronomedicine, also the achievements of clinical therapy were summarized on traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine in the past few years. The clinical trial also validates the rationality of time-choosing therapy, suggesting that TCM has some advantage of treating disease in time-choosing therapy. 5. The thought of correspondence between human body and natural environment in traditional Chinese medicine and adjusting measures of diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation according to the different patient, time and different disease factors have some guiding significance in clinical practice.
