Mechanism Of Runzao Xiaotan Sanjie Recipe On Sarcoma₁₈₀ Under The Intervention Of Zaoxie

Objective To investigate the effect of Zaoxie on the tumor and the expression of TNF-α,ICAM-1,IL-8,VEGF and the effect of Runzao Xiaotan Sanjie ReciPe to the developmeng of the tumor and above-mentioned factor through establishing the model of Zao syndrome under Thyrine interfering in S₁₈₀ tumor-bearing mice. Methods Kunming mice were divided into 5 groups: simple tumor group,Zaoxie tumor group, Ft-207 group, Xiaotan Sanjie group, Runzao Xiaotan group. Except for the simple tumor group , the mice of all groups were interfered by Thyrine(320mg·kg^-1·d^-1) for two weeks.At the 8th day,all mice were implanted S₁₈₀ to establish the tumor model of Zaoxie intervention. Giving mice Ft-207 and Xiaotan Sanjie Recipe and Runzao Xiaotan Sanjie Recipe for 3 weeks after 48 hours.During the course the growth and tumor changes and pain threshold were observed, tumor weight and volume and the rate of restrained tumor were calculated, Tumor tissues were detected proteic expression of TNF-α,IL-8,VEGF,ICAM-1 by immunohistochemistry or ELISA. Results The states of mice aggravated obviously and pain threshold decented. The tumor weight and volume of Zaoxie tumor group more than simple tumor group, the expression in the TNF-α,IL-8 more than simple tumor group,without obviously difference in the VEGF,ICAM-1; The rate of restrained tumor of Ft-207 group, Xiaotan Sanjie group, RunzaoXiaotan group was 52.82%,54.19%,55.04% differently. RunzaoXiaotan Recipe could depress the expression of TNF-α,IL-8,VEGF,ICAM-1 protein in the tumor,mainly in the IL-8,ICAM-1 protein. Conclusion Zaoxie could promote the malignant expression to help growth of S₁₈₀ carneus; It could inhibit tumor obviously through downregulating the expression of IL-8,ICAM-1 protein in the Zao syndrome tumor.
