The flower and leaf are the folk drinking in xinjang minority, and the flower is also a very good honey resource. In order to develop and utilize this kind of plant better, this article has a research on the compounds of Apocynum venetum L flower.The mainly works in this paper:We take Apocynum venetum L's flower ,get rid of the leaf, and make the flower into little pieces,then put them into a utensil, use alcohol soak them three times, the condensed solution is diluted with water and successively treated with petholeum-ether,ethyl,ethylacetate,and butanol,The solvents are removed to afford petholeum-ether,ethyl,ethylacetatea,butanoland water factions.The ethyl faction and ethylacetatea faction were chromatographed over a sikica-gel column with gradient elution by CH3Cl-CH3OH to afford .These compounds were identified by IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR spectra and other ways. We get 10 compounds, there are scopoletin,isofraxidin,esculin ect.Compounds1,2,3,4,7 are isolated from the flower of the Apocynum venetum L for the first time. |
