Objective:To examine the some effects of intelligence quotient, skeletal age, blood lead, dietetical behavior, capability of movement, mental health level on the children with ADHD, so as to provide effective prevention and treatment for ADHD.Methods:The children aged 6 to 10 years from the child health department, according to the principle of willingness, were selected in the clinic, divided into the ADHD group, by the ADHD diagnosis standard in DSM-IV, and the normal group, by means of the principle of 1:1 matching, as same as the sex and age of child in ADHD group, to examine intelligence quotient (IQ) with Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices, skeletal age with Digital Diagnosis (DR), thyroid hormone with automatism immunity Analyse system instrument, and to divide ADHD into four subtypes with IVA-CPT, to assess the psychological-behavior level of children with Family Environment Scale, Child Behavior Checklist, the dietetical behavior and capability of sit-up in children with the self-questionnaire, and the parents'mental health level with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale, and to measure the content of MBP and IGF-1 in blood with ELISA method.Result: Our data showed that①Compared with the children in normal group, in ADHD group, the IQ of the children was obviously lower, the number of skeletal age retardation was obviously more and the different between skeletal age and chronological age was more remarkable, the T4 and FT4 level of blood was obviously lower and the blood lead was obviously higher.②There was no different between IVA-CPT and DSM-IV to diagnose and divide ADHD into four subtypes.③The mental health level of children in ADHD group was lower and behavioral problems were more serious than that of children in normal group. The parents of children in ADHD group more easily to suffer from anxiety and depression disorders. The negative family circumstances played an important part in ADHD.④The dietetical behavior of children in ADHD group was unreasonable, and the capability of movement was deficient.⑤The MBP and IGF-1 content of blood in normal children was 1.39±0.46μg/L, 112.21±40.77μg/L respectively, and with no different in sex and age .⑥The MBP and IGF-1 content of blood in children of ADHD group were obviously higher than that of children in normal group, which had obviously negative relationships with IQ and scores of IVA-CPT. Conclusion:The data indicated that①The child with ADHD is associated with development retardation, especially with the brain develop- ment immature.②The child with ADHD had a high comorbidity rate with other psychological-behavior disorders, the parents of the child with ADHD having mental health problems.③IVA-CPT was an objective diagnose for ADHD, having better efficiency.④Reasonable diet was a basical measure to prevent ADHD, and the training in movement skill can effectively improve the symptom in ADHD children.⑤In our data the content of MBP and IGF-1 in blood in normal children can be applied in clinic for co-worker.⑥The MBP and IGF-1 content of blood in the child with ADHD were obviously high, which indicated that there was relation to ADHD, and the content of MBP and IGF-1 could be one of the brain injury indexes clinically.
