Study On The Method Of Cleaning Heat Interfering In Insulin Resistance Of Hypertension

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects and safety of Huanglian qingjiangheji(HLQJHJ) in treating insulin resistance of hypertension. Methods: Clinical research 60 hypertensive cases in rateⅠorⅡwere selected and separated at random into 30 cases as test group with HLQJHJ and 30 cases with captopril tablet as control group,and then the therapeutic effects and safety were observed in the following 6 weeks. Animal experiment 18 SHRs were selected and separated at random into HLQJHJ group with HLQJHJ,positive control group with captopril tablet,model group with normal saline,and 6 Wistar rats were selected as normal control group with normal saline. The effects of intervention were observed in the following 8 weeks. Results: The clinical research showed that,HLQJHJ and captopril all can lower the blood pressure(P﹤0.05). HLQJHJ is better in cutting down the BP compared with captopril,but there is no meaning in statistics(P>0.05). The research indicated that HLQJHJ can improve the clinical symptoms and ISI,significantly lower INS,FPG,BF and blood viscosity. Obvious bad effects were not found during the research. Animal experiment revealed that the SBP,C-peptid,INS,FPG of SHRs were lowered and the ISI was improved. Conclusion: HLQJHJ has good therapeutic effect and high safety. Cleaning heat is an effective method in treating IR of hypertension.
