Clinic Study On The Relationship Between TCM Of Metabolic Syndrome And Adipose Cell Cytokine

Objective: To study the relation between deficiency of both tcm of metabolic syndrome and Leptin, TNF -α,il-6,and blood lipid, this provid relevant data for studying syndrome differentiation typing. Method: 107patients of metabolic syndrome were selected as research subjects, and divided into 4 typing groups according to the tcm differentiation standards of metabolize, the syndrome of heat stomach and abiding spleen, the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen, to deficiency of QI and Yin. the deficiency of Yin and Yang. 29patients belonged to the syndrome of heat stomach and abiding spleen, 27patients belonged to the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen, 29patients belonged to deficiency of QI and Yin. 22patient belonged to the deficiency of Yin and Yang. As the same times 21 healthy people were selected as controls. FPGwas measeured using means of zymology. Leptin and TNF-αand il-6and endothelin were measured using RIA., others were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.and measeured BIM and WHR, HOMA= FPFINS/22.5.BIM=weight(kg)/stature(m~2). WHR=Waistline (cm)/ buttonck line (cm). Results: (1) the level of leptin endothelin, TNF-α, Il-6 of the disease was higher then the healthy controls. the level of the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen was the higher than that of another. The leptin, TNF-α, Il-6of the healthy controls was the highest then the deficiency the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen,The leptin , TNF-α, Il-6of the healthy controls was the highest then the deficiency the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen, the syndrome of heat stomach and abiding spleen, the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen, to deficiency of QI and Yin. the deficiency of Yin and Yang; (2) the levels of TG, LDL, HDL in 107patients of metabolic syndrome was singnificantly higher than those of the controlled group (P<0.05). But TC of metabolic syndrome was not distinctive (P>0.05). the level of the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen was the higher than that of another. (3) the index of HOMA 107 patients of IR was singnificantly higher than that of the controlled group (P<0.05). The index of HOMA of the healthy controls was the highest then the deficiency the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen, the syndrome of heat stomach and abiding spleen, the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen, to deficiency of QI and Yin. the deficiency of Yin and Yang; and The index of IRS of the healthy controls was the lowest then the deficiency the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen ,the syndrome of heat stomach and abiding spleen, the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen, to deficiency of QI and Yin. the deficiency of Yin and Yang. Conclusion: (1) The leptin, TNF-α, Il-6of is closely associate with metabolize syndrome, and the differentiation of syndromes show the differentiation of the leptin, TNF-α, Il-6, According to the change of the leptin, TNF-α, Il-6 in Clinic, and the basis help the syndrome of metabolic syndrome, The leptin, TNF-α, Il-6of the healthy controls was the highest then the deficiency the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen, the deficiency the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen result in the serious the index of HOMA. (2) according to the existence of blood lipid disorder, the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen lead to the blood lipid disorder, the basis of MS is the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen, which is the benefit of MS. (3) The index of HOMA of the healthy controls was the highest then the deficiency the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen, the syndrome of heat stomach and abiding spleen, the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen, to deficiency of QI and Yin. the deficiency of Yin and Yang.;and The index of IRS of the healthy controls was the lowest then the deficiency the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen, the syndrome of heat stomach and abiding spleen, the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen, to deficiency of QI and Yin. the deficiency of Yin and Yang, the lowest of deficiency syndromes. excess syndromes turn deficiency syndromes in metabolic syndro, serve as the Foundation of the differentiation of syndromes.
