The Research Of Epidemiology On The Constitution Of Menopausal Syndrome

Objective: Through clinical epidemiological research, To discuss the distribution of constitution of the the well-balanced women who is around menopause and the women with menopausal syndrome, and to discuss the relationship between constitution and syndrome differentiation .Thus according to the susceptible constitution of the menopausal syndrome, using the Superiority of TCM to interfered the susceptible constitution, then to reduce the rate of Menopausal Syndrome. Methods: obey the clinical epidemiological research method ,design the same investigation table ,randomly surveying and analyzing 100 well-balanced women who is around menopause and 180 cases female patients with menopausal syndrome , the types of constitution is randomly arranged in the Questionnaire. Results: through clinical epidemiological research, It shows that the yin deficiency constitution,the constitution with stagnation of liver-qi and blood stuck constitution are frequently constitutions in the well-balanced women who is around menopause. the constitution with stagnation of liver-qi,the constitution with stagnation of liver-qi plus yin deficiency constitution and yin deficiency constitution are frequently constitutions in the the women with menopausal syndrome, the ratio is 81.7%.Conclusion: Menopausal syndrome has a close relationship with constitution ,and constitution effect the development of clinical syndrome.
