Time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay technology is a new generational non -radioactivity immunoassay.It has wide application and bright foreground in biotechnology and clinical detection.In order to overcome the shortage of liquid-phase TRFIA system,a solid-phase TRFIA system was raised in thesis,UV laser is the excited resource,at the same time,BOXCAR complete time-resolved.Photodiode diode and photomultiplier tube as synchronously triggering and receiving wares.A concrete method to actualize focusing,filtering and prismatic optical system was developed.The integral programme of time-resolved laser induced fluorescence immunoassay system was designed.According to the programme,the detection device was established.Four kinds of RE(rare-earth) five phosphate crystals and Eu(β-NTA)3(TOPO)2 rare earth fluorescence chelates were detected time-resolved spectrum and fluorescence lifetime by this detection device,the detection limit is Eu3+10-12mol/L,at last gives the relation curve of fluorescence intensity and the fluorescence concentration.
