| To establish a HPLC method for the determination of content of Xiaoerxiaoke tablet. Methods: Determine the content of Berberine hydrochloride by HPLC. The condition of chromatogram and system suit test: with C18 column ( 4.6×200mm, 5μm ) ,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.02mol/L Phosphoric acid(0.1g sodium laury sulfonate in 100ml ) (50∶50) at the flow rate 1mL·min-1, with UV detection at was 348nm.The column temperature was 30℃, Plates shouldn't be under 4000 according to Berberine .The linear range for Berberine hydrochloride was 0.01556μg-0.5185μg with good correlation coefficient(sr=0.9998). The average recovery is 99.4%, RSD=1.6% (n=6).Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, reliable, It can be used for the quality control of Xiaoerxiaoke tablet .
