| Objective:Acupuncture combined with Ningmitai capsule therapy was used to treat chronic nonbacterial prostatitis complicated with abnormal semen liquefaction,to observe the clinical effect and explore the mechanism,in order to broaden the clinical diagnosis and treatment,provide the treatment basis for the clinical treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis complicated with abnormal semen liquefaction.Methods: A total of 60 patients diagnosed as chronic nonbacterial prostatitis complicated with abnormal semen liquefaction were selected from the male outpatients of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The 60 patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of random,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were orally treated with Ningmitai capsules three times a day,three grains at a time;The observation group was treated with acupuncture three times a week on the basis of the control group.The treatment course was 12 weeks.Drawn the table and recordedthe changes of NIH-CPSI symptom score,TCM symptom score,semen liquefaction time,semen PH status,seminal plasma zinc concentration,and seminal plasma PSA content during the experiment.After data collection,Used SPSS 21.0 to analyze the data.Results:1.in NIH-CPSI symptom score: after treatment,the symptom scores of both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The score of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).2.In the aspect of TCM symptom score: the TCM symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),especially in the observation group(P<0.05).3.In terms of semen liquefaction time:after treatment,the liquefaction time of both groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).At the same time,the liquefaction time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).4.In the change of pH value change:the semen pH state of the two groups after treatment was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).5.In the aspect of seminal plasma zinc concentration,after treatment,the seminal plasma zinc concentration in both groups was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The increase of zinc concentration in seminal plasma in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).6.In terms of PSA content in seminal plasma,the PSA content in seminal plasma of two groups after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The PSA content in seminal plasma of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).7.Safety analysis: both groups of patients hadn’t adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Ningbitai capsule can reduce the prostate symptom score and TCM symptom score of patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis complicated with abnormal semen liquefaction,promote semen liquefaction,shorten liquefaction time,and improve the pH state of patients.Acupuncture combined with Ningbitai capsule is significantly superior to Ningbitai alone in increasing seminal plasma zinc concentration and seminal plasma PSA content,suggesting that acupuncture combined with Ningbitai is safe and effective in treating chronic nonbacterial prostatitis complicated with abnormal semen liquefaction. |
