Object: Depression candegenerate the coronary heart disease course and increase the mortality. The mortality of coronary heart disease patients with depression are high than the ones without depression. The mechanism of it is unknown. This study discuss the effect ion in autonomic nervous system of coronary heart disease patients with depression and/or anxiety, which has instructing function to treatment and the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease. Methods: This study investigate 136 patients (male 87,female 49) by HRSD,HAMA during 2006.04-2007.07,then divided them into A,B,C,D four groups and E,F two subgroups by having or not coronary heart disease,weathe have depression or anxiety. We utilized Test of Between-Subjects Effects in comparison of groups by Spss13.0 software. Result: The variability of heart rate (HRV) of A group (coronary heart disease patients with depression and/or anxiety) is low than other groups. The variability of blood pressure of E subgroup (coronary heart disease patients with depression and/or anxiety) is high than another. Conclusion: Compare the two groups of coronary heart disease with or without depression or anxiety. We found the variability of heart rate (HRV) of coronary heart disease patients with depression and/or anxiety are low than other groups. But the variability of blood pressure of coronary heart disease patients with depression and/or anxiety are high than another group without depression and/or anxiety. It lies the injure of autonomic nervous system. It can increase the mortality of coronary heart disease. So it has instructing function to the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease.
