Study Of Primary Osteoporosis:Screening Of Quantitative Diagnosis Indices Of Typing Abnormal Hilit Syndrome In Uyghur Medicine

Objective: In order to establish the diagnostic code of primary osteoporosis,Uyghur medicine and abnormal Hilit disease.Methods: Firstly,we were studied on the basis of nonclinical information(mental states,sleep quality,skin,corneal surface temperature,eye changes,color of face,want to drink and taste and tongue picture,pulse,urine,stool)according to the expert consultation into quantitative diagnostic options.Through multinomial Logistic regression analysis by using the method of multi classification Logistic,nonlinear analysis of the relationship between different Hilit syndromes and syndrome factors,the establishment of each of the different syndrome elements of the syndrome of contribution rate;According to the score of OR data,the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of primary osteoporosis with different syndromes were defined,and the diagnostic criteria of primary osteoporosis and abnormal hilt of Uighur medicine were established".Secondly,through literature research and expert consultation,to collect and summarize the clinical diagnosis of osteoporosis syndrome symptoms(core symptoms),and the application of integral method and proportion distribution calculation method to study the core symptoms of osteoporosis in the abnormal Hilit in;116 patients with primary osteoporosis were selected as the research object,and the other 20 healthy control groups were selected to detect the bone metabolism related indicators and record.Analysis of correlation between syndrome types and sensitive indexes of primary osteoporosis;finally,the establishment of primary osteoporosis in Uighur Medicine abnormal hilit syndrome diagnosis standard.Results: 1)Primary osteoporosis is the core and the most common types of abnormal helit is abnormal savda,followed by abnormal balgham type;2)Abnormal savda main symptoms: dark complexion,rough skin,scales up dreams,nightmares and depression mentality;secondary symptoms: mouth taste bitter,dark red tongue,tongue gray or black,dry stool,fine pulse,sink.Abnormal Khan type main symptoms: flushing,skin is hot,urine yellow,heavy limbs,thick and strong pulse;secondary symptoms: sleep is less,humpback,dry mouth,dark red tongue,little coating.Abnormal Balgham type: the main symptoms of low back pain,limb cold limbs chills warm dim complexion,sticky mouth,less gas lazy words;secondary symptoms: pale complexion,tongue body fat,scalloped edge sleep more,limb numbness,thick,heavy,weak pulse.Abnormal Sapra type: the main symptoms of bone pain,burning,tingling,fixed skin is hot,dry mouth and throat,bittersweet taste,insomnia,excessive urination,fine pulse,tight.Secondary symptoms: pale yellowish,yellow tongue fur,night sweats;3)Primary osteoporosis is the core and the most common symptom is bone pain,shorter length,kyphosis,fracture,with tooth roll;their distributions in the abnormal Hilit in different bone pain in 4 kinds of abnormal helit points type there are bone pain symptoms,and no obvious difference in emergence rate;other symptoms,shorten the length,kyphosis,fragility fractures accounted for in abnormal Savda in proportion is higher than the other syndromes;let tine shakes for abnormal balgam in high proportion than the other syndromes integral quantity≥7.5 as the main symptoms included in the main card,≤7.5 as a secondary symptom included in the second card;4)4 kinds of abnormal Hilit core symptoms from abnormal savda than other types of severe symptoms,their degree of order: Abnormal Savda>Abnormal Balgam>Abnormal Khan>Abnormal Sapra type;5)The bone mineral density and bone mineral density T value is low,the abnormal humoral type of the patients with increasingly abnormal savda;in turn,25 hydroxyvitamin D level is close to normal level,the abnormal humoral type of the patients with increasingly abnormal sapra type.Conclusion: The establishment of the standard treatment,provide a reliable basis for primary osteoporosis between abnormalhilit theory,provides data support for abnormal Hilit,provides a standardized scale for further study,improve the operability and scientific dialectical.
