Objective: To investigate the stage III gastric antrum cancer patients with postoperative recurrence and metastasis of clinical pathology, with a view to improving the cure patients with stage III gastric antrum cancer effect. Methods: Using univariate and multivariate analysis, retrospective analysis: 2001 to 2005 in Xinjiang Medical University Tumor Hospital abdominal surgical treatment of 129 patients with stage III gastric antrum cancer patients after radical The clinical and pathological data. Results: 129 patients with stage III patients with gastric antrum cancer recurrence and metastasis in 51 patients, accounting for 39.5% (51/129). 22 cases for local recurrence, accounting for 43.1% (22/51), 25 cases of distant metastases, accounting for 49.0% (25/51), 4 cases of a combination of the two, accounting for 7.8% (4/51). Local recurrence is common abdominal lymph nodes (including The lymph nodes around the stomach and para-aortic lymph nodes), accounting for 59.1% (13/22), and the other local recurrence (including anastomotic and adjacent organs), accounting for 40.9% (9/22), distant metastasis to the liver common position, accounting for 48.3% (14/29), peritoneal metastasis, accounting for 34.5% (10/29), the transfer of other parts (including multiple metastases), accounting for 17.2% (5/29). Recurrence after radical shift in the median time was 15.6 months (3~71 months). Relapse after 2 years, 2 years after recurrence and metastasis rates were 74.5% (38/51), 25.5% (13/51). Single factor analysis showed that: tumor size, histological type, case differentiation, T classification, N classification, pathologic stage III gastric antrum cancer recurrence and metastasis. Multivariate analysis showed that T and N classification is the impact of postoperative stage III gastric antrum cancer recurrence and distant metastasis transfer of the important factors and pathological staging is the local recurrence risk factors. Conclusion: T, N classification is the impact of postoperative stage III gastric antrum cancer recurrence and distant metastasis transfer of the important factors, tumor staging in patients with late greater risk of local recurrence.
