Objective: To evaluate the treatment effect of AIDS cases with HAART, describe the change of CD4 + T lymphocyte counts, lymphocyte count; the opportunity infections; The course of death, and liver function damage; compare the treatment effect of two groups, and other aspects. Methods: Described the CD4+T lymphocyte counts, lymphocyte count's change of 110 cases; summed the opportunity infections; sum up the cause of death; comparing the two treatment effect; and descript drug resistance. Result: CD4+T lymphocyte counts increased significantly in the third month. CD4+T lymphocytes steady grown in six month. After anti-retroviral treatment opportunity infections improved. The two groups of CD4+T lymphocyte growth are basically the same. There is statistics significance of hepatic lesion in co-infection with viral hepatitis (P<0.05). Conclusion: it is effective to carry out highly active antiretroviral therapy on AIDS patients.
