Objective: To investigate the relationship between hypomenorrhea and two antibodies: the anti-endometrial antibodies and the anti-ovarian antibodies, and to study the distributional difference of these two antibodies in the different TCM pattern of syndrome. Methods: To detect the anti-endometrial antibodies and the anti-ovarian antibodies of 126 patients in hypomenorrhea group and 40 people in control group, analyzing the distributional difference in these two groups. Dividing the patients with hypomenorrhea into groups by TCM pattern of symptoms, and analyzing the distributional difference of these two antibodies in the different TCM pattern of syndrome. Results: (1)In hypomenorrhea group, the detection rate of anti-endometrial antibodies (40.48%)was higher than the control group (12.5%),coefficient of continency; contingency coefficient was 0.253,to hint the two were correlated. In different TCM patterns of syndrome, the distributional difference of the anti-endometrial antibodies was statistical significance (P <0.05),the distribution of difference in different age groups had no statistical significance. (2)In hypomenorrhea group, the detection rate of anti-ovarian antibodies (38.10%)was higher than the control group (8.11%),coefficient of continency; contingency coefficient was 0.284,to hint the two were correlated. In different TCM patterns of syndrome, the distributional difference of the anti-ovarian antibodies was statistical significance (P<0.05),the distribution of difference in different age groups had no statistical significance. (3)Anti-endometrial antibodies and anti-ovarian antibodies were independent,in the hypomenorrhea patients, the combined detection rate of these two antibodies was 62.70%,better than a single test. Conclusion: (1)Anti-endometrial antibodies and anti-ovarian antibodies may be involved in the process of immune pathogenesis of hypomenorrhea and had played an important role. (2)Hypomenorrhea and anti-endometrial antibodies,anti-ovarian antibodies were related, the two conditions could be used as an objective observation index. (3)In different age groups, the distribution of anti-endometrial antibodies and anti-ovarian antibodies had no disparation. (4)The distribution of these two antibodies was statistically significant in different TCM patterns of syndrome .It provided an objective reference for TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs.
