Then we analyzed the correlation between fasting blood glucose, BMI, blood-fat and adipocytokines.Method: Four adipocytokines concentration were measured by ELISA. Fasting blood glucose and lipids was measured. Blood pressure, height, body weight, waist circumference were measured.Result: The concentrations of adiponectin and visfatin of Kazak normal volunteer were higher than people of Uygur. In Uygur population, the concentrations of leptin and resistin were higher and the concentration of adiponectin was lower in people with higher BMI level, the content of visfatin was higher in people with hyperlipoidemia than people without. People with T2DM had lower adiponectin content and higher resistin content than people without. In Kazak population, the content of leptin was more in people with higher BMI level. The content of visfatin was lower and the content of leptin was higher in people with hyperlipoidemia than people without. People with T2DM have lower adiponectin content than without, and the content of visfatin of people with IFG was significantly lower than other people. As the result of multiple linear regressions showed, In Uygurs, FBG, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol was negatively correlated with adiponectin, total cholesterol was positively correlated with leptin, BMI and waistline were positively correlated with leptin and resistin and negatively correlated with adiponectin. In Kazaks, FBG was negatively correlated with adiponectin, triglyceride was negatively correlated with visfatin and positively correlated with resistin, high density lipoprotein was negatively correlated with visfatin, BMI and waistline were negatively correlated with adiponectin and positively correlated with leptinConclusion: After comparing the serum concentrations of adpocytokines, there was significantly difference among people with different BMI level. Significantly difference also was found between people with and without T2DM or hyperlipoidemia.. Adipocytokines disorder were not only related with T2DM, but also related with risk factors of T2DM, such as obesity and hyperlipoidemia. The different role of adipocytokines attributed to the different onset of T2DM in Uygur and Kazak populations. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | adiponectin, leptin, resistin, visfatin, type 2 of diabetes | | Related items |
