The Analysis Of Relationship Between Immune Cells And TCM Syndrome Of Advanced NSCLC Patients

Objective: to analyse the changes of peripheral blood cell immune function including T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in advanced Non-small cell lung cancer patients and its correlation with Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,offer the reference for Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and instruct Clinical Traditional Chinese medicine therapy. Methods: T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in 60 patients of the different Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome groups(Qixutanshi,Yinxuredu,Qiyinliangxu,Qixueyuzhi)with Non-small cell lung cancer were measured with flow cytometry(FCM). Results: The levels of CD3+T cell in those patients with Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes were no significant difference,while the level of CD4+ T cell in those patients with Qixutanshi syndrome was the highest and there was significantly difference in comparison with Yinxuredu,Qiyinliangxu,Qixueyuzhi syndromes (P<0.05),the level of CD4+ T cell in those patients with Qiyinliangxu syndrome was the lowest , the level of CD8+ T cell in those patients with Qixutanshi syndrome was the highest,The levels of CD8+T cell in those patients with Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes were no significant difference(P>0.05); The helper/suppressor radio (CD4+/CD8+) in those patients with Qiyinliangxu syndrome was the lowest and the highest in those patients with Qixutanshi syndrome and there was significantly difference in comparison with Qixutanshi syndrome(P<0.05); The helper/suppressor radio (CD4+/CD8+) in those patients with Qixueyuzhi syndrome was significant difference in comparison with Qixutanshi syndrome(P<0.05);The number of NK cell was the lowest in those patients with Qixutanshi syndrome and the highest in those patients with Yinxuredu syndrome,But the NK cells of the different Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome groups were no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion: The peripheral blood immune cells in advanced Non-small cell lung cancer patients had definite relationship with Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.The immune function of Qixutanshi syndrome patients was the best,While Qinyinliangxu was the worst..It is useful for deducing discipline of Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and inducting clinical Traditional Chinese medicine remedy of Non-small cell lung cancer patients to measure the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells.
