Effects Of Acupuncture On Immune Function And Apoptosis-related Proteins In Mouse With Transplanting Liver Cancer

Objective:Based on the Previous clinical and experimental studies,this research deals with the mechanism that acupuncture promote apoptosis and inhibit proliferation in H22 tumor cell via albumen relative to supply new Experimental proofs to cancer一treating with these TCM therapies.Method:The 44 KM mice were divided randomly into 6 groups,namely model acupuncturel,acupuncture2,cyclophosphamide group.All groups were injected 0.2ml H22 single - cell suspension to set uP tumor model.From the next day,the acupuneture groupl was treated with acupuncturing the ST36 point and DU14 point. The acupuneture group2 was treated with acupuncturing the EX-HN14 point and BL17 point Every point was treated 1min,reinforced and reduced properly, without keeping needle on once aday.Cyclophosphamide group were injected 30mg/kg liquid to abdomen,once aday.Disposed for 10 days successivel the groups were all stopped treating.The 11st day we took the blood tumors and spleens to detect the spleen index,content of IL-2.And the expression rates of P27 protein were determined by immunohistochemical technique The data were analyzed with by means of SPSS11.0.Result:1.The inhibiting-tumor rates of these 3 grouPs were acupuneture groupl 28.5%,acupuneture group2 24.1%;cyclophosphamide group 83.8% 2.There wasn't significant difference among the model group and the treatment groups in spleen index(P＞0.05)The acupuneture groups had obvious effect on improving the content of IL-2.Compared with the model group the treatment groups had signifieant differenee(P＜0.05);3.The expression rates of P27 protein in tumor cell in all TCM.Therapies groups was significantly higher than those in model group(P＜0.05).Conelusion:Acupuncture can enhance the expression of P27 and the content of IL-2.in tumor cell of H22 model mice,which is one of mechanisms for acupuncture to exert their antitumor efficacy.
