| Objective: To discuss the dependability of the result of coronaryarteriongraphy and pattern of syndrome about thoracic obstruction,cardiodynia in Chinese Medicine to provide the objective and quantize index,and the evidence of the standard treatmen of thoracic obstruction andcardiodynia.Methords: We collect 108 patients who are diagnosed thoracic obstruction andcardiodynia to take the coronary arteriongraphy from July, 2007 to April, 2008 in Maomin Hospital of TCM and divide them into groups based on differentiation of symptoms. Then we record the degree of coronary artery stenosis and how many aeteria coronarias the disease involves, and found database to do the statistical analysis with SPSS11.5.Results:â‘ In the pattern of syndrome about thoracic obstruction and cardiodynia in Chinese Medicine, the degree of coronary artery stenosis and the aeteria coronarias the disease involves have obviously significance(P<0.01).â‘¡In the research,The pattern of syndrome cariac blood stasis, phlegm turbid resistance of the number ratio is the highest in the six patterns.â‘¢In the serious coronary artery stenosis and three branch process, the pattern of cariac blood stasis and phlegm turbid resistance are both higher than other patterns(P<0.05) and there is no significant difference between the two pattern(P>0.05).â‘£There is a significant difference between the sthenia syndrome and asthenia syndrome of cariac blood stasis and phlegm turbid resistance in the serious coronary artery stenosis(P<0.01).Conclusion: There is the certain dependability between thoracic obstruction, cardiodynia and coronary artery disease. The sthenia syndrome is worse than the asthenia syndrome, In the serious coronary artery stenosis and three branch process, the pattern of cariac blood stasis and phlegm turbid resistance are both higher than other patterns, and we consider them to be the dangerous pattern of syndrome.
