Objective: Coronary heart disease is medicine "chest pain" category. Coronary heart disease in the rapid development of modern treatment methods, including coronary angiography diagnosed coronary heart disease is more known as "gold standard", using coronary angiography for TCM syndrome research, help increase the level of coronary heart disease in Integrative Medicine. In this study, coronary artery disease by coronary angiography, compared with non-coronary heart disease Chest, refer to "TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE standard" of coronary heart disease syndromes of the distribution, influencing factors and results of coronary angiography with correlation analysis, and use factor analysis to analyze the four diagnostic information collected,To explore the clinical symptoms of coronary artery disease and syndrome.Methods:(1) July 2001-April 2009 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Beijing, Department of Cardiology, Fu Wai Hospital, hospital and did coronary angiography in patients with complete data for the study of 300 cases object. (2) by coronary angiography in Judkins method, by trained personnel, were collected within 48 hours, four diagnostic information and related laboratory and chemical examination, observation forms completed cases. (3) Statistical Methods:SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis:①patients with coronary heart disease risk Chest, binary logistic regression induced by factors of coronary heart disease②syndromes and coronary angiography results of logistic③multiple linear regression analysis of four patients with coronary heart disease Factor analysis of patient information, select the eigenvalue greater than 1, and selected to the fourth largest orthogonal rotation. Results:(1) determine whether coronary artery disease by binary logistic regression analysis:The results showed that blood stasis syndrome stasis syndrome coefficient B is 1.108, the relative risk was 3.029; and Qi stagnation coefficient B is-1.157, The relative risk of 0.315. (2) the risk of coronary heart disease, induced by binary logistic regression analysis of factors, results showed that:sex, hypertension, fatty diet into the model, P< 0.05, statistically significant. Left ventricular ejection fraction did not enter the model, P> 0.05, not statistical significance.(3)The study of coronary heart disease syndromes and coronary angiography results of multiple regression analysis:TCM syndrome and Gensini integral, coronary stenosis of multiple regression analysis showed that Gensini integral, coronary stenosis and qi deficiency, phlegm Cloud evidence is relevant to test the P value of regression coefficient P<0.05. Number of diseased vessels and coronary syndromes of multiple regression analysis showed that the number of coronary vessel disease is associated with yang deficiency, the P value of regression coefficient test P<0.05. (4) coronary syndromes factor analysis:The positive rate of the sample excluded less than 20%of the variables (symptoms),47 variables were selected for factor analysis, a total of 18 common factors obtained, the cumulative contribution was 68.079%, again the common factor classified, grouped into 18 class card.Conclusions:(1) coronary heart disease syndromes in to qi deficiency, blood stasis mainly Qi is the most common syndrome of coronary heart disease combined; where the specificity of blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease, for the clinical syndrome of blood stasis syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease than the possibility of large non-blood stasis syndrome, qi stagnation syndrome patients compared with non-Qi stagnation is more likely to belong to non-CAD group. (2) sex, hypertension, fatty diet as easily lead to coronary heart disease risk factors. Men more prone to coronary heart disease in clinical and non-coronary heart disease patients more women; high blood pressure than non-hypertension, eating fatty food were more likely than light, coronary heart disease.(3) after coronary heart disease, with qi deficiency, the emergence of phlegm, the Gensini points will increase the degree of coronary stenosis, suggesting that the degree of coronary artery disease will be more serious. With the emergence of yang deficiency, the coronary lesion count will increase, and suggests the scope of coronary artery disease will tend to increase. (4) factor analysis, the deficiency as the first factor, as well as stasis of heat into the drug, phlegm of heat damage to Yin, cold coagulation, qi stagnation and other factors, factor analysis results obtained by the standard TCM the results confirm each other, and this we can conclude that the total coronary heart disease.Pathogenesis as the "vacuity." The subject attempted to apply the method of factor analysis syndromes of coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease syndrome of the study provides new ideas and methods for reference.
