Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Therapy For Treating Acute Ischemia Stroke Diagnosed As "Wind Phlegm And Blood Stasis Obstruct Inside" TCM Type On The Influence Of NIHSS And BI Index

1.Idea and Purpose:Stroke(acute ischemia cereberalvascular disease)is one of the three diseases which are most harmful to human health ,its rate of incidence,disabling and recurernce are very high. Ischemia stroke consists 55%-80% of the total stroke, That's why it's very important to prevent and cure it in our country. Traditional Chinese herbs have been proved to be effective and advantageous for stroke for a long history .The therapy during acute phrase is of significant to a patient's survival rate,resume degree and his life quality. In our research, we try to establish Traditional Chinese Medicine (shortened as TCM) comprehensive therapy for acute ischemia stroke ascribed as the TCM type "wind phlegm and blood stasis obstruct inside" so as to improve the effectiveness and evaluation system, and provide proof for the ischemia stroke cases study on large sample,mutil-centers and randomly control experiment.2.Theory Research2.1 The researches done by our country and foreign countries show that:the therapy for ischemia stroke is changing with medical technology and model,presently the comprehensive therapy is becoming a mixer of multi-technology2.2 Modern TCM therapy for ischemia stroke: There are many kinds of TCM therapies like traditional TCM decoction,self-made TCM decoction,Chinese traditional patent drugs,injections through vein etc. All of these therapies are characteristic and available for stroke3.Clinical Research3.1 purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive therapy for acute ischemia diagnosed as TCM syndrome type "wind phlegm and blood stasis obstruct inside" by comparing the result of TCM group and western medicine group through death rate,disability of neuron function and stroke patient life quality 3.2 Method: 77 stroke patients are divided radomly into 2 groups, the test group receives basic treatment+early rehabilitative intervention+aspirin+TCM drugs(Denzhanhuasu injection+HuaTuo ZaiZao Pills) , while the control group receives the same treatment but without TCM drugs and change Dengzhanhua Injection for Citicoline Injection, we observe the effectness and safety during 21^th,60^th and 90^th experiment day3.3 Result: (1) Both group has got therapeutic effect (2) There is no significant difference between both group on every evaluation data(3) As time moves on, Barthel indices (SS-QOL) and TCM Syndrome Grades in test group show a siginficant rising versus the control group3.4 Summary: Through the randomly control experiment outcome we can see both group has got therapeutic effect , which shows the comprehensive therapy is valid, but there is no siginficant difference between them.Nearby effect does not characterize the advantagous of TCM drugs, longdated effect still have to be observed.4.Epilogue:4.1 TCM has multiple therapies for stroke, which are characterical and effective4.2 The evaluation system for stroke diagnosis and treatment by TCM therapy need to be improved, so as to raise the confidence level and reproducibility of TCM, all the indices used in the experiment promote TCM exchange with modern medicine4.3 Comprehensive therapy is nosotropic for the complex of stroke , It will help to ehance clinical level; It is the need of modern medical treatment.4.4 Aspirin is a drug used to prevent platelet aggregation, which has been proved to be effective for Atery Thrombosis Diseases by clinic experiment4.5 There is close relationship between rehabilitation and the disability rate and extent, early rehabilitation should be done as early as possible.4.6 Through the randomly control experiment outcome《basic treatment+early rehabilitative intervention+aspirin+TCM drugs (Denzhanhuasu injection+HuaTuo ZaiZao Pills+Traditional Chinese decoction )》we can see both group has got therapeutic effect , which shows the comprehensive therapy is valid, but there is no siginficant difference between them.Nearby effect does not characterize the advantagous of TCM drugs, longdated effect still have to be observed.we will analyse the results further by another experiment data , the therapy will be adapted if needed...
