The Experimental Study Of Hastening The Impaired Diabetic Rat Ulcer By Improving The Ulcer's Local Surrounding

Objective: Applying aminoguanidine to intraperitoneal inject and hydropathic compress of insulin and anisodamine, comparing the agglutination of normal rat ulcer and chronic impaired diabetic rat ulcer of nulli-medication and chronic impaired diabetic rat ulcer of medication,To contrast the expessing of bFGF between the three groups and detect the content of AGEs in skin to analyze the effection of improving of local surrouding on chronic impaired diabetic rat ulcer.Methods: Diabetic model rats were created artificially .on both sides of the backs of diabetic rats and normal rats, ulcer were cutted. The model rats were divided into three groups,A group is normal rat ulcer,B group is chronic impaired diabetic rat ulcer of nulli-medication,C group is chronic impaired diabetic rat ulcer of medication. After moels completion,the wound tissue were obtained on on l,3,7,14days, All specimens were using hematoxylineosin staining and paraffin imbedding cutting sheet,HE dyeing. Histological methods were used to estimate the healing quality The expression of bFGF were observed by immunohistochemical staining.Result: 1,The healing time of the chronic impaired diabetic rat ulcer of medication (C group) is decurtation than chronic impaired diabetic rat ulcer of nulli-medication (B group) , but it is longer than the normal rat ulcer (A group) .2,The expression of bFGF in diabetic rat untreated is lower than the normal rat (p <0.05) ,it is also lower than diabetic rat treated, and the expression of bFGF in diabetic rat treated is lower than the normal rat too3,The content of AGEs in skin of diabetic rat untreated is more than the normal rat,it is more than the diabetic rat treated too.Conclusions: 1,Aminoguanidine to intraperitoneal injecting and hydropathic compressing of insulin and anisodamine can significantly depress the congtent of AGEs in skin and hasten the healing of chronic impaired diabetic rat ulcer and improve its quality.2,The expression of bFGF in diabetic rat is lower than normal diabetic rat uncer.3,Aminoguanidine to intraperitoneal injecting and hydropathic compressing of insulin and anisodamine can improve the local surrounding of chronic impaired diabetic rat ulcer and facilitate the expression of bFGF.
