objective :To compare the expression of nerve growth factor in normal rat ulcer and healing impaired diabetic rat ulcer and then use regrouped nerve growth factor according the result to find it role.Methods: Diabetic model rats were created artificially .on both sides of the backs of diabetic rat and normal rat ,ulcers were cut. Experiments were divided into two steps : the first step,the expression of NGF were investigated in healing impaired diabetic rat ulcer(A group) and normal rat ulcer(B group).After model completion, the wound tissues were obtained on 3,7,14,21 days. All specimens were using hematoxylin -eosin staining and immunohistochemical staining (SP). The expression of NGF levels were observed . The second step, use regrouped nerve growth factor in healing impaired diabetic rat ulcer(C group) according to the preliminary results of NGF expression difference and normal rat ulcer(D group) with normal saline. The sample were take on 3,7,14 days, histological method was used to estimate the healing quality.Result: 1 the expression rate of NGF in healing impaired diabetic rat ulcer is lower than normal rat ulcer .2 The healing speed in the healing impaired diabetic rat ulcers with NGF are more quickly than its in normal rat ulcer. The average healing time (C group) are (17.09±2. 29) d, the average healing time of the untreated group (21.50±4. 45) daysConclusions : 1 The expression of NGF in diabetic rats ulcers were significantly lower than normal rat ulcers in the full healing process. 2 NGF can significantly enhance the healing of healing impaired diabetic rat ulcer healing, improve the quality of healing.
