Observe the action of serum containing Daihuang Zhechong on proliferation of hysteromyoma cells and stimulating factor which can improve proliferation of hysteromyoma cells based on serμm pharmacological methods to probe into the mechanism of action of Daihuang Zhechong on hysteromyoma.Methods:Culture human isolated uterine leiomyoma cells/ smooth muscle cells and detect the optical density of uterine leiomyoma cells/ smooth muscle cells which are stimulated with subjects on 12h,24h,48h,72h with the method of MTT.Results:1. IGF-I,EGF had an action of promoting proliferation of hysteromyoma cells.2. Serum containing Daihuang Zhechong showed an action of suppression on proliferation of uterine leiomyoma cells.3.
