Effect Of Danchuanqi Particle On The ECG And MIS Of The Wistar Rat's Of The Myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion Post-Injuried

Objective:To observe weather the particle Danchuanqi have the security effects of myocardial reperfusion myocardial injury in rats or not.To observe the indicators for myocardial infarction and myocardial area the size of the pathological changes and structural changes in ECG,for possible further clinical trials for the basis of animal experiments.Methods:This study of animals in experiments,the rats will be selected randomly divided into sham-operation group,reperfusion group,Danchuan of low-dose group,Danchuan of high-dose group and IPC group.Respectively to the sham-operation group,reperfusion group and IPC group.Low-dose group and high-dose were fed with low and high doses of different drugs.After two weeks,making the models,in the left anterior descending ligation,then reperfusion,respectively.Before and after the infusion of the monitorⅡlead ECG,ST segment changes observed,and then take the weight of myocardial infarction,in percentage.Results:①Danchuan Qi group and the group would like to control reperfusion myocardial infarction area was significantly lower than the latter, the difference between the groups was significant(p＜0.05),and myocardial no significant difference between pathological changes.②IPC group of myocardial infarction was significantly lower than Danchuan Qi group,the difference between the groups was significant(p＜0.05).③Danchuan Qi group and high Group contrast,there was no significant difference.Conclusion:The Effect of Dan Chuan particles in rats with acute myocardial reperfusion injury has a protective effect.Dan Chuan Qi particles and want to advance to the control group found,in the heart protective effect and no significant difference between the latter.
