Clinical And Experimental Study Of Jin Fu An Tang Of Cure On Medium Or Late Stage Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:To obsever the therapeutic efficacy of Jin Fu An Tang(JFAT)in treating medium or late stage non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:60 patients with medium or late stage non-small cell lung cancer were divided randomly into three groups.In Groupâ… ,20 patients were treated with JFAT alone,.In Groupâ…¡,20 patients were treated with JFAT and chemotherapy(NP or GP or TC).In Groupâ…¢,20 patients were treated with chemotherapy(NP or GP or TC)alone.The therapeutic efficancy of the three groups were evaluated after one course of treatment.Observe part of the clinical check-up indexes periodically,for example,blood shapes,liver and kidney function,immune function and the changes of tumors,and the quality of life.Results:The Group land Groupâ…¡have better effects in the remission of symptoms such as febrility,cough,hemoptysis,polypnea,debility,pectoralgia than Groupâ…¢(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).But there is no significant difference between the Groupâ… andâ…¡(P＞0.05).Comparing with the groupâ…¢,Comparing with the Groupâ…¢,the alterations of the Karnosfky scores in Groupâ… andâ…¡have statistical difference(P＜0.05).The stable rate(CR+PR+SD)of Groupâ…¡is 80%,it is the highest one among the three groups.Groupâ…¡(80%)and Groupâ…¢(75%)have no Significant difference(P＜0.05).Furthermore,comparing with Groupâ…¢,Groupâ… andâ…¡have better effects in the alterations of WBC,RBC,HGB,liver function, and have statistical difference(P＜0.05).However,the Jin Fu An Decoction has no severe adverse reactions.In the percentage of CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺,CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ in T-lymphocyte subcategory,Groupâ… and Groupâ…¡could increase it statistically, and have no significant difference in statistics between them(P＞0.05).JFAT could discrease the percentage of CD₈⁺ in T-lymphocyte subcategory statistically while the percentage of CD₈⁺ in T-lymphocyte subcategory in Group â… is not significant.During the treatment,Groupâ…¡has less adverse reaction,such as nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,than Groupâ…¢,and there is significant difference between the two groups.Partâ…¡the Experimental studyObjective:To obsever the therapeutic efficacy of JFAT in treating the Lewis lung cancer mice.Methods:Copied the Lewis solid tumor-bearing mice model,25 male mice and 25 female mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:a model group,a TF-207 positive group,a low dosage of JFAT,a moderate dosage of JFAT and a high dosage of JFAT,10 mice in each group.The general condition,the inhibitory rate of solid tumor and the spleen index were observed.T lymphocytes functions was measured by Flow Cytometry(FCM).Radioimmunaoassay(RIA)examed the content of IL-2 and in serum.Under electron microscope and light microscope,the tumor cell are observed.Results:About general condition,the groupsâ… andâ…¡deal with JFAT had less depilation phenomena and better activity than the TF group and model group; The tumor weights of each dosage of JFAT group and TF group were significant lower than model group.In the different dosage JFAT groups,the more dosage grew with the higher inhibition rate of tumor.The spleen index of TF group is the lowest in five groups,and have significance in statistics with the middle and highest dosage groups:The results of serum IL-2,γ-IFN showed that compared with model group,IL-2,γ-IFN rised in every experiment group.The JFAT middle and highest groups have significant difference with model group,and so the highest group with TF group.Under the electron microscope,cancer nest necrosis area in the JFAT groups obviously increased compare to the model group,in the mesenchymal,many lymphocyte infiltration, some cells perish,the nuclear fission reduces,and the TF group necrosis area is the biggest,under the light microscope,the JFAT each group have obvious karyopyknoses,the line plastochondria cavitation,the karyoplasm compared to change small,karyoplasm dropsy,the chromatin condensation and so on.Explained that the JFAT has causes the cancer cell directly the death.Conclusion:The JFAT could alleviate symptoms,improve the quality of life,,improve the immunity and stabilize the tumor in some way.The method of using the JFAT and chemotherapy(NP or GP or TC)togather has a better effect in curing the medium or late stage lung cancer patients than using JFAT or chemotherapy(NP or GP or TC)alone.JFAT can also improve the life quality and the immunity of the Lewis lung cancer mice.
