Objective: To explore the correlation with the various TCM syndromes of acute phase of ischemic stroke and the changes of blood flow velocity of cerebral artery examined by transcranial Doppler ultrasound, and to analyze the related risk factors leading to cerebral artery stenosis from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. It provides an objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation and classification of patients with acute ischemic stroke, and provides a reliable theoretical basis for the study of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the prevention and treatment of ischemic apoplexy. Methods:From January 2017 to January 2018 130 cases in Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi University of TCM Affiliated Hospital of first onset and time of onset in patients with ischemic cerebral infarction within 2 weeks, combined with Chinese basic four diagnostic method of the syndrome of TCM,the admission day or second day transcranial Doppler ultrasonography,50 cases of normal control group,For patients with different syndromes of ischemic stroke in the acute phase of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography(TCD)blood flow velocity was 22,and then compared with the normal control group, the cerebral artery blood flow velocity of each type of test data using SPSS19 software for analysis,to evaluate the relationship between the acute phase of ischemic stroke TCM syndrome type and cerebral artery blood flow the speed of change.Results:(1)The proportion of phlegm blocking collaterals was the highest in 130 cases of acute ischemic apoplexy.(2)In the acute stage of ischemic stroke, the characteristics of blood flow velocity of different types of channels and collaterals and TCD examination are as follows : hyperactivity of liver-yang,phlegm-heat-heat-fu-fu,yin-deficiency and wind-driven type mainly manifested as increasing blood flow velocity, deficiency of qi-deficiency,blood stasis, obstruction of wind-phlegm obstruction type mainly manifested as slow blood flow velocity.(3)(1)Qi deficiency and blood stasis type: the blood flow velocity of cerebral artery is the slowest;(2)Phlegm-heat-Fu-solid type: cerebral artery blood flow velocity of each vessel are fastest.(4)The changes of blood flow velocity of cerebral artery and the characteristics of different TCM syndromes in the five groups were as follows: phlegm-heat fu-strengthening group > liver-yang violent hyperactivity group > Yin deficiency wind-moving group > normal control group > wind phlegm blocking collateral group > qi deficiency and blood stasis group;Conclution: Five syndrome types of meridian and collaterals in acute ischemic apoplexy were correlated with the changes of blood flow velocity by TCD,and there were significant differences among the five syndrome types. It can be used as the objective basis of TCM braided syndrome of middle meridian in acute stage of ischemic cerebral apoplexy.
