The Chronic renal failure(CRF)is the eventually gr of various kinds of kidney diseases,lt' s a continuousely developing process.Therefore,how to prevent it worsening,protect the kidney units,raise the patients' living quality and treating result,all are the focuses of kidney diseases research.The Chronic renal failure(CRF)is mentioned in the record of TCM such as "Guange"," Nidu"," Shuizhong"," Xulao"," Longbi" The basic pathogenesis of CRF is that the deficiency of spleen and kidney makes the triple warmer bunged with turbid pathogen.Recent years TCM has made a big progress in treating CRF.But major clinic researchs are lack of standardization and object evaluation.So it' s hard to repeat.Therefore,In order to provide more foundation about Shenshuaifang treating on CRF,this reseach is combined with the kidney specialist Professor Ye rengao′s experience and the analysis of patient' s condition in TCM.Objective:Throuth observing the treatment of CRF by Shenshuaifang,go step further to observe the effecting machanism on it.Methods"The cases according with clinic and combine standard are 50.They are divided into therapeutic group and contrast group in double-blind randomly.The therapeutic group maintain therapy according with Integrated TCM and Western Medcine remedy and shenshuaifang.The contrast group maintain therapy according with Western Medcine remedy.To record integral of symptom,blood routine,renal function,urine routine,TC,TG and so on. Result:The symptom and serum creatinine of prior and after treatment improved obviously in the therapeutic and contrast group.But the therapeutic group surpassed the contrast group.Conclusion:The Integrated TCM and Western Medcine remedy is capable of degrading urine toxins,improving clinical symptom,to postpone the progression of renal failure.
