Synthesis Of The Analogues Of Unsaturated Fatty Acids Of Banlangen And Their Bioactivities

Objective:To synthesize the analogues of unsaturated fatty acids of banlangen, and study their bioactivities in vitro.Methods:The analogues of unsaturated fatty acids of banlangen were synthesized from acidⅠ,acidⅡand acidⅢin microscale organic lab.The chemical structures of the analogues were elucidated with the spectroscopic methods,such as IR and ~1HNMR.The activities of antioxidization,cytotoxicity and immunoregulation,anticancer of the compounds were detected separately by observation the hemolytic action of red blood cells,mixture lymphocyte reaction(MTT assay)and the morphologic changes of the cancer cells in vitro.Results:Nine designed compounds were synthesized and identified.They didn't cause the hemolysis,except LHD211,LHD223 and LHD231 had a weak activity of antioxidation at some concentrations,other compounds had no effect on the hemolysis.All the compounds had immunosuppressive activity at their highest concentrations(25.00μg/ml),and this competence of LHD222 was relative to its concentrations.LHD213,LHD 222 and LHD231 might kill the cancer cells at their highest concentrations(25.00μg/ml),and the activity of LHD222 was the best.Conclusions:All the compounds don't cause the hemolysis,and all of they have immunosuppressive activity;LHD213,LHD 222 and LHD231 could kill the cancer cells;these activities may be relative to their concentrations;new studies on the activities may be implemented at a wider range of concentrations.
