Objective:To summarize the characteristics of clinical manifestation and laboratory examination in psoriasis of local region by retrospective analyzing the cases which were the initial in-patients in the department of dermatology of the first affiliated hospital in Guangxi medicine university from 2002 to 2006.It can reveal some onset regulations, which will be good for the exactly diagnosis and treatment. Methods:The cases were divided into 3 groups according to the age of the patients:the juvenile group, the young and middle-aged group, the old group. On the basis of the cases' clinical characteristic and diagnosis,to divide the cases into four type psoriasis:psoriasis vulgaris, psoriasis arthropathica, psoriasis pustulosa, psoriasis erythrodermia;Their abbreviations are PV,PA,PP and PE.To retrospectively analyze the onset seasons, motivation, the initial age of onset, courses of disease, types of onset, the initial symptoms, the initial place of onset, common clinical manifestations, regular laboratory examinations and so on.And then drew conclusions by statistical analysis.Results:①The onset-type of each group has some differences.PP was the main onset-type in the juvenile group. The incidence rate of the juvenile group was higher than the other two groups'(P<0.01).②.The head was the most common onset place. The young and middle-aged group had the higher incidence rate of head than the old group(P<0.05).③The blood RT:the increasing incidence rate of WBC and neutrophil(N)in juvenile group were higer than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).The decreasing incidence rate of RBC and HGB in PA were higher than that in PV in pretherapy(P<0.05). The increasing incidence rate of WBC and heterophil granulocyte in post-treatment were lower than that in pretherapy(P<0.05).④The Urine RT: in pretherapy, the incidence rate of WBC of young and middle-aged group was higher than the others groups'(P<0.05).In pretherapy, the incidence rate of WBC,Urine protein in PA were higher than that in PV(P<0.05).The incidence rates of WBC,Urine occult blood(OB)and Urine protein in post-treatment were lower than that in pretherapy(P<0.05).⑤Serum uric acid(SUA):the increasing incidence rate of SUA of PE was higher than the other three types'(P<0.05).⑥Liver function:in pretherapy, the incidence rate of Hypoproteinemia of PA was higher than PV's(P<0.01).The incidence rate of Hypoproteinemia in post-treatment was lower than in pretherapy(P<0.01).⑦Blood fat:in pretherapy, the incidence rate of blood fat abnormality of PA was higher than that in the others three types psoriasis. The incidence rate of blood fat abnormality in post-treatment was higher than in pretherapy(P<0.05).In post-treatment,the incidence rate of blood fat abnormality in the old group was higher than that in the young and middle group(P<0.05).⑧T Cell subgroup: the incidence rate of T Cell subgroup abnormality in the old group was higher than that in the young and middle group.Conclusions:1.The onset-type of each age group has some differences. The PP was the main onset-type in the juvenile group,PV was the main onset-type in the young and middle and the old groups. The differences may be good for clinical diagnosis and treatment.2.Head was the major place of onset, in order to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,we should discriminate it from correlated diseases.3.The changing level of WBC and N between pre-therapy and post-treatment hints that infection was relative to psoriasis. And the treatment of psoriasis should include the utility anti-infective therapy.4. When using the drugs to effect the blood fat, there should be comparatively large effect on the blood fat in the old group. We should monitor the blood fat closely and decrease the density of blood fat.5.The changes of the RED system, lipid metabolism, kidney and liver of the PA patients were more significant, they hint that this type psoriasis may be a systemic disease.
