Discussion On Two Methods Negative Bacteria Tuberculosis

Objective:There are many strains of tuberculosis in patients with clinically negative,these patients have TB infection is characterized by: Imaging Tips tuberculosis and conventional antibiotic therapy.They do not have two or more sputum smear microscopy and were not detected in Mycobacterium tuberculosis.We plan to compare the two diagnostic methods(bronchoscopy and IGRAs)in patients with pulmonary tuberculosisto and view the positive rate of different methods results.Also we compare the positive rates of different diagnostic methods between two laboratories in which the specimens from tuberculosis with negative sputum smear microscopy were taken.Make a comparison,evaluation,to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis.Methods:This study selected a total of 222 patients in clinical routine bronchoscopy,and the specimens from 44 cases of bacteria-negative patients were investigated in the two laboratories for the diagnosis of tuberculosis.IGRAs test results also investigated 222 cases of patients,There were 55(including bacteria negative pulmonary tuberculosis and other lung disease groups)of 222 patients detected IGRAs.We compared the positive rate of bacteria negative pulmonary tuberculosis and other lung disease groups,and then compared with the results above.In this study,we use acid-fast staining,HE staining, experimental methods and statistical IGRAs detect method χ2 test.Results:The positive rate was just 25% when the specimens were taken in only one laboratory.The positive rate increased to 46.4% when the specimens were taken in two laboratories.IGRAs test results on the analysis of 55 patients showed negative tuberculosis bacteria group positive rate(90.5%)was significantly higher than other lung disease group(29.4%),both statistically significant.Conclusion:For patients with tuberculosis bacteria negative,if you see under bronchoscopy tuberculosis lesions,try biting clamp tissue pathology laboratory inspection diagnosed tuberculosis,and as far as possible after bronchoscopy specimens simultaneously to two laboratories submission,in order to improve the positive rate.On the other hand,should increase IGRAs technology in clinical and improve the diagnostic value of tuberculosis.
