Coloring deep, and sustained black, pathological lesions significantly changed, there were significant differences (P <0.05) compared with control group, model group, Xiaoyaosan large, medium and small dose group and vitamin C group or E2 , T lower, the difference was significant (P <0.05) and vitamin C group, E2: Xiaoyaosan large dose group decreased significantly, there were significant differences (P <0.05), Xiaoyaosan, no small dose group difference (P> 0.05); T: Xiaoyaosan large, medium dose group increased significantly, there were significant differences (P <0.05), low dose group there was no significant difference (P> 0.05); Xiaoyaosan large, medium and small dose E2 and T-group level changes, significant shape differences (P <0.05).Conclusion1 Xiaoyaosan histopathological lesions of chloasma to significantly improve the role. 2 Chloasma animal model of estradiol (E2) levels increased, testosterone (T) levels decreased by Xiaoyaosan and vitamin C therapy estradiol (E2) levels decreased testosterone (T) levels increased, Chloasma condition to improve its efficacy is superior to high-dose vitamin C.3 Xiaoyaosan tyrosinase activity can be increased, decreased synthesis of melanocytes, Xiaoyaosan endocrine regulation to reduce the melanocytes synthesis may be one of the mechanisms for Melasma.
