Objective To explore the changes of t-PA,PAI-1and GMP-140 in blood of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) before and the application of nasal continuous positive airway pressure(nCPAP).Methods 30 patients diagnosed as OSAHS bye polysomnograph(PSG) were selected trial group,30 non-OSAHS by PSG were as control group, and OSAHS patients were treated by nCPAP in a week. T-PA,PAI-1and GMP-140 were measured by ELISA ,OSAHS group befoe and after nCPAP treatment are compared with control group.Furthermore, linear correlations were performed between t-PA,PAI-1,GMP-140 and PSG monitoring indicators of patients with OSAHS.Results 1.t-PA: OSAHS group befoe nCPAP treatment was (8.69±1.19)ng/ml,it was significantly lower than the control group of (16.71±3.37) ng/ml (P<0.01); OSAHS group after nCPAP treatment was (13.96±2.98) ng/ml,it was lower than the control group of (P<0.05); OSAHS group after nCPAP treatment was significantly higher than than that befoe nCPAP treatment (P<0.01); 2.PAI-1: OSAHS group befoe nCPAP treatment was (87.76±9.93) ng/ml , OSAHS group after nCPAP treatment was(54.93±10.94)ng/ml,they were significantly higher than the control group of(27.00±8.09)ng/ml(P<0.01);OSAHS group after nCPAP treatment was significantly lower than than that befoe nCPAP treatment (P<0.01); 3.GMP-140: OSAHS group befoe nCPAP treatment was (52.36±8.16)ng/ml,OSAHS group after nCPAP treatment was(37.75±5.72)ng/ml,they were significantly higher than the control group of(13.47±1.73)ng/m (P<0.01);OSAHS group after nCPAP treatment was significantly lower than than that befoe nCPAP treatment (P<0.01);4.PSG monitoring indicators: (1) The apnea-hyponea index (AHI):OSAHS group befoe nCPAP treatment was (33.67±22.43)次/h,it was significantly higher than the control group of (2.17±1.28)次/h(P<0.01);OSAHS group after nCPAP treatment was(1.10±0.98)次/h,it was significantly lower than than that befoe nCPAP treatment (P<0.01);(2)MinimumSaO2:OSAHS group befoe nCPAP treatment was (67.30±14.01)%,it was significantly lower than the control group of(85.13±3.66)%(P<0.01);OSAHS group after nCPAP treatment was(84.47±4.27)%,it was significantly higher than than that befoe nCPAP treatment (P<0.01); (3)Below 90% oxygen saturation index:OSAHS group befoe nCPAP treatment was(21.32±17.70),it was significantly higher than the control group of (2.18±2.19)次/h(P<0.01);OSAHS group after nCPAP treatment was(2.81±2.51),it was significantly lower than than that befoe nCPAP treatment (P<0.01);5.(1) T-PA in blood of OSAHS patients was negatively correlated with AHI and below 90% oxygen saturation index (r=-0.674,P<0.01;r=-0.616,P<0.01);and positively correlated with minimum SaO2(r=0.604,P<0.01);(2) PAI-1 in blood of OSAHS patients was positively correlated with AHI and below 90% oxygen saturation index (r=0.725,P < 0.01;r=0.688,P < 0.01);and negatively correlated with minimumSaO2(r= - 0.613,P < 0.01);(3) GMP-140 in blood of OSAHS patients was positively correlated with AHI and below 90% oxygen saturation index (r=0.869, P<0.01;r=0.824, P<0.01) ; and negatively correlated with minimum SaO2(r=-0.587,P <0.01).Conclusion OSAHS patients have fibrinolysis system activition decreases and significant platelet activition ,they may be involved in the merger and development cerebrovascular and cardiovascular events in OSAHS patients.②The decrease of t-PA in blood of OSAHS patients and the increase of PAI-1,GMP-140 in blood of OSAHS patients are correlated with AHI and hyoxemia.③NCPAP can change AHI and hyoxemia,then improves the level of t-PA ,redues the levels of PAI-1,GMP-140, thus it takes a therapeutical effect on OSAHS patients.
