The Relationship Between Ureaplasma Urealyticum Biovar Parvo And Spontaneous Abortion And Anticardiolipid Antibody

Objective:To study the relationship between biovar parvo of Uu (Ureaplasma urealyticum)and spontaneous abortion,anticardiolipid antibody(ACA)。To inlustrate the pathogenic mechanism of Uu further, and lay foundation of clinical diagnosis and treatment。Methods:Clinical specimens(cervical swab)which from 69 patients(study group)who were diagnosed as spontaneous abortion and 60 healthy women(control group)were cultured for 24 hours,and then positive speciments genotypes were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)further.All patients were tested by dot-immunogold filtration assay for serum ACA.Results:1.In 129 clinical specimens,the number of Uu was 76 and the positive rate of Uu was 58.9%。In study group,the number of Uu was 47 and the positive rate was 68.1%,which was significantly higher than in control group(48.3%)(p＜0.05)。2.In study group,the number of biovar parvo was 38 and the positive rate was 55.1%;in control group the number of biovar parvo was 17 and the positive rate was 28.3%,the positive rates had significant difference in two groups(p＜0.05)。3.The number of 1,3,6,14 and the mixed serotype in study group was 15,10,6,5 and 2,respectively;the positive rate of them was 21.7 %,14.5%,8.7%,7.2%and 2.9%accordingly.In control group the number of 1,3,6,14 and the mixed serotype was 2,7,4,3 and lrespectively and the positive rate of them was 3.3%,11.7%,6.7%,5 %and 1.7%accordingly。The difference of the positive rate of serotypes 1 was significant in two groups(p＜0.01);and the positive rate of other serotypes had no significant difference.4.In study group,the number of ACA was 39,the percentage of which was 56.5%,and there was no ACA positive specimens in control group。In study group,the number of ACA in Uu positive group was 31 and the percentage of it was 66%;In Uu negative group the number was 8 and the percentage was 36.4%。The positive rates had significant difference in two groups(p＜0.05)5.,Within Uu positive specimens in study group,the number of ACA positive speciments in biovar parvo positive group and negative group was 28 and 3respectively;the positive rate of ACA in biovar parvo positive group was 73.7%,which was significantly higher than in biovar parvo negtive group(33.3%)(p＜0.05)6.The number of serotypes 1,3,6,14 and mixed serotype in ACA positive group was 9,7,5,5 and 2,respectively;The positive rate was 23.1%,17.9%,12.8%,12.8%and 5.1%accordingly。In ACA negtive group the number was 6,3,1,0and0,the positive rate was 20.0%,10.0%,3.3%,0.0%and 0.0%。There were no significant difference of all serotypes between two groups(p＞0.05).Conclusions:1.Ureaplasma urealyticum and biovar parvo may lead to spontaneous abortion and serotype 1 may be the pathogenic one, serotypes 3,6,14 and the mixed serotype may be normal carriers.2.In patients with spontaneous abortion,ureaplasma urealyticum and biovar parvo may cause ACA,and the mechanism of ACA may be one of the pathogenic mechanisms through which Uu induced spontaneous abortion.All serotypes in biovar parvo cann't lead to ACA.
