Objective:To investigate the relationship between ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),chlamydia trachomatis(CT) infection and antisperm antibody(AsAb) in infertile women. Methods:Descriptively retrospective study, from June 2004 to February 2006,286 infertile women were involved,in which 86 cases were primary infertility and 200 cases were secondary infertility .100 health pregnant women were involved in control group. UU, CT of cervical secretion were detected with cultivation and immunochromatographic methods. The serum AsAb was detected with ELISA .Results:The statistical analysis showed that the positive rates of UU,CT,AsAb in infertile group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The positive rates of UU, CT, AsAb showed no difference between primary and secondary infertility(P>0.05). The positive rates of UU,CT in infertility patients of positive AsAb were higher than those in negative patients(P<0.05). Conclusions:Infection of UU,CT and AsAb all can induce female infertilily .The production of AsAb is related to the infection of UU,CT.
