Objective:To observe and evaluate compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide antipyretic,analgesic,relieving cough and anti-inflammatory effects in rabbits,rats and guinea pigs.Methods:1.The antipyretic effect of compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide:(1)To observe antipyretic effect of Paracetamol(174.8mg/kg)and compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide(50mg/kg,100mg/kg,200mg/kg)with fever model induced by brewer's yeast in rabbit.(2)To observe antipyretic effect of paracetamol(174.8mg/kg)and compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide (50mg/kg,100mg/kg,200mg/kg)with fever model induced by E.Coli toxin in rat.2. The analgesic effect of compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide:To observe analgesic effect of Paracetamol(174.8mg/kg)and compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide(25mg/kg,50mg/kg,100mg/kg)with pain model induced by acetic acid in mice.3.The antitussive effects of compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide:(1) To observe antitussive effects of dextromethorphan hydrobromide(4mg/kg)and compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide(25mg/kg,50mg/kg,100mg/kg)with cough model induced by ammonia in mice;(2)To observe antitussive effects of dextromethorphan hydrobromide(4mg/kg)and compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide(25mg/kg,50mg/kg,100mg/kg)with cough model induced by citric acid in guinea pigs.4.The effect anti-histamine of compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide:Histamine in rats to Portland with the size and skin absorption value of indicators,analyze the malay-chlorphenamine(0.5mg/kg),compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide(25mg/kg,50mg/kg,100mg/kg)role in the anti-histamine.5.The anti-inflammatory effects of compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide:To observe anti-inflammatory effects of paracetamol(174.8mg/kg) and compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide(50mg/kg,100mg/kg,200mg/kg) with inflammation model induced by acetate acid in mouse.Results:Compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide of 100 and 200 mg / kg oral administration has obvious antipyretic effect in fever model induced by brewer's yeast in rabbit,and there is a dose-dependent relationship.200mg/kg compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide has also obvious antipyretic effect in fever model induced by E.colitoxin in rabbit.25,50 and 100mg / kg of compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide can dose-dependently reduce mice writhing number. so it has a significant analgesic effect.25,50 and 100 mg / kg of compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide can dose-dependently reduce mice cough frequency induced by ammonia.50 and 100 mg / kg of compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide can reduce the coughing number of guinea pigs induced by citric acid, it has obvious antitussive effect.25,50 and 100 mg / kg of Compound Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide can reduce the skin dying area of rat induced by histamine and lower absorption values.50,100 and 200mg / kg of compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide can lower increase of peritoneal capillary permeability induced by acetic acid.So compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide also has obvious anti-inflammatory effect.Conclusion:Compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide has obvious antipyretic,analgesic,antitussive and anti-inflammatory effects.
