Observe Puerarire Notoginseng Ginkgo Pharmaceutis Curative Protective Effect Of The Therapeutic For Glaucomatous Optic Atrophy

Objective : Observe uerarire notoginseng ginkgo pharmaceutics curative protective effect of the therapeutic for glaucomatous optic trophy.Methods: 601aucomatous optic atrophy patients, 110 eyes, was divided four froups at random.the first group: gave the patients injection of puerarire ; the second group: gave the patients injection of notoginseng; the third group: gave the patients injection of ginkgo; the fourth group: gave neurotrophin to the patients. To carry out the comparison of curative between before the therapy and after the therapy, also among various kinds of drugs in aspects of vision, visual field and visual evoked potential.Result: After treatment, the efficiency of the four groups visual acuity recovery respectively was 64%, 55.56%, 65.52%, 27.59%.The average photosensitivity of the four groups ' visual field all increased, the average defect of the four griups'visual field also reduced, but( p > 0.05), which had no sense on statistics. It was sense in statistics (p> 0.05) visual field and P-VEP of P100 after Chinese medicine treatment. Though every group of drugs can stabilize patients vision, improve the visual field, enheance the optic nerve of electyic activity, but curative effect of the therapeutic Injection of preparation surpass eurotrophin groups.And the curative effect relate to course of disease. The earlier therapy, the better curative effect will be.Conclusions: puerarire notoginseng ginkgo pharmaceutics have better curative effect in glaucomatous optic atrophy and have protection for the visual function.
