Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Xinbitie transdermal patch on coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris.To approach its mechanism of action.Methods:42 patients with coronary heart disease with stable angina (SA)(syndrome of blood stasis with Qi stagnation)were randomly divided into three groups.Treatment group:Routine west medicine therapy with additional Xinbitie transdermal patch on 17 cases,Control groupⅠ:Routine west medicine therapy with additional Vaseline patch on 15 cases,Control groupⅡ:Routine west medicine therapy on 10 cases.Xinbitie transdermal patch 2g/patch,1patch on 1 acupiont for once treatment with an adhesive tape fixed.The treatments courses were taken in 2 weeks.To observe the therapeutic effeet,check the electrocardiogram,text the CRP levers before and after treatments and compare the curative effect among the 3 groups.Results:Xinbitie transdermal patch could ease the degrees of the angina attack,reduce the recurrence times,durations,the dosage of nitroglycerin, relieve the clinical symptom,improve the appearance on electrocardiogram, and reduce the CRP levels.The intervention were obviously superior to that of control groupⅠandⅡ(p<0.05).And there was no different between Control groupⅠandⅡ.No side effects were found among the patients.Conclusion:1.Xinbitie transdermal patch was an effective patch on SA treatment. No side effects were found among the patients.2.The function of reducing the CRP levels by Xinbitie transdermal patch on SA might be concerned with the inhibition of inflammatory reaction.
