The Comparative Study On Chemical Components And Pharmacological Effects Of Different Quality Radix Saposhnikoviae

Radix saposhnikoviae is from Umbelliferae plants Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk not bloting root. Its ultivated area has reached more than 1,000 hectares in Heilongjiang province.Due to different appearance traits that the cultural was considered to poor quality in the market. Therefore, this article researchedthe quality of different parts,wild ,direct planted and transplanted ,bloting Radix saposhnikoviae from chemical components and pharmacological effects.The four active ingredients in the rhizoma only reached 50 percent of the root,while only 20.9 percent in the stem The content of renewable stemcan be used as medicine medicine precautions is slightly lower than the main root. The rhizome and root of Radix saposhnikoviae have obvious pharmacological effect, and the root is superior to rhizome .After NAA treatment, transplanted Radix saposhnikoviae have more lateral roots, different with the traditional characters .The price was less than 1 / 4 of the wild , and less than 1 / 2 of direct planted Radix saposhnikoviae . The research proved that the content of four chromone in lateral root was 1.4433 percent, 0.9483 percent in the transplanted ,1.0950 percent in the wild. But directed, transplanted and wild Radix saposhnikoviae have not significant differences in pharmacological effects.Bloting root can not been used ago.This study has proved that the active ingredients of the bloting root did not reduce . Pharmacological expriment proved that bloting Radix saposhnikoviae can be used.
