Treatment Research On Supinate And Extorsion Ankle Fractures

Objective:To observe and revaluation the respective recent curative effect to supinate and extorsion fractures of ankle of manipulative reduction and operation.To discuss the treatment of different subtypes of Supinate and Extorsion Ankle Fractures,to provide reference for the clinical treatment.Methods:To study 118 cases of Supinate and Extorsion Ankle Fractures from Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM.â… degree injury includs 20 patients,were treated by way of manipulative reduction.â…¡degree injury includes 33 patients,17 patients were treated by way of manipulative reduction,16 patients were treated by operation.â…¢degree injury includes 30 patients,15 patients were treated by way of manipulative reduction,15 patients Were treated by operation.â…£degree injury includes 35 patients,16 patients were treated by way of manipulative reduction,19 patients Were treated by operation.The manipulative reduction group and operation group patients had no obvious variance in age and gender.All the patients were fixed with plaster after manipulative reduction or operation,and given follow-up,to grad the recovery of patients.Results:All the cases are evaluated with the AOFAS score system.The average score ofâ… degree injury is 98.6.The manipulative reduction group and operation group ofâ…¡degree had no obvious variance;The operation group ofâ…¢.â…£degree is superiorer than the manipulative reduction group.Conclusion:Manipulative reduction has a good curative effect toâ… andâ…¡degree injury;operation has a good curative effect toâ…¢andâ…£degree injury,should be used first.
