| Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical security and validity of Qidong Yifei soup in Treating Deferment of Chronic Bronchitis(which belongs to qi-yin-liang-yu type in TCM)and explore the mechanism of it.Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups at random.30 patients in observation group were treated with Qidong Yifei soup. 30 patients in control group were treated with compound Di Fu oral solutions.The related items were measured before and after the treatment.Results:The clinical study showed that there is a significant difference(P＜0.05) between the two groups.The symptoms,the signs,the effect of relieving cough and reducing gasp of the patients and other items were improved more significantly in the treatment group than that in the control group.Conclusions:Qidong Yifei soup is an effective medicament of treating Chronic Bronchitis which can moderate the clinical symptoms,promote the patients' recovery,deferthe progress of disease and reduce the pulmonary damages. |
